We have a 2 attic room, self contained apartment available within our family home for one person. One room is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet) the other room is the lounge with kitchen units and breakfast bar. This room is furnished with microwave, combi oven and hob, kettle, toaster and fridge. It comes with internet access & own T. V. Access to garden and utility room permitted.
Our home is situated in a lovely village which boasts 2 great pubs and a shop. Holt is surrounded by fields and is a short walk from Great Chalfield Manor.
Our family is a couple, 2 sons age 22 and 20 and a friendly dog and cat. We are looking for a friendly, respectful tenant with their own car. This would be ideal for someone who doesn't want to house share and prefers their own space.
