I have a good sized double bedroom available for rent in a lovely 1750's stone built cottage. It is an end terrace with a front and back garden. Street parking is available, we occasionally have to go up the road a bit to park but usually park right outside the house.
The room available is upstairs, at the back of the house. There is another room at the upstairs front of the house which is also rented out to a lovely lady and her cat. The upstairs bathroom and stairs are in the middle of the house and the upstairs bedrooms are not adjoining.
Downstairs there is a kitchen, toilet and entrance hall. There is a shed in the back garden which is locked and can store bicycles etc.
The room is currently furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside unit, chest of drawers and armchair.
TV licence and bills are included subject to fair use. There is Full Fibre internet installed.
I mostly stay at my boyfriend/grandad's house. I have a bedroom downstairs and pop back regularly.
I'm currently renovating the property however I have a long term condition so things take time.
The kitchen has two washing machines, tumble dryer, dishwasher and large electric cooker.
I care very much about my house and I am keen to share it with kind and friendly people.
Hullavington is a lovely village where you can choose to get involved in village life, there are two churches, brewery tap room and cafe, village shop and mechanics, and just a short drive away there is a 24h garage. St. Mary's Church hosts regular coffee mornings and a monthly 'Hullavington Hub' where you can get lunch, socialise with other Hullavington residents and even buy a jigsaw! There is an occasional bus to get to Chippenham or Malmesbury, I would strongly advise checking bus times before travelling.
The house is a 15-20 minute drive from central Chippenham and a 10-15 minute drive from Malmesbury. Bristol, Bath and Swindon are about 30-45 minutes drive.
