Beautiful cottage in Langley Burrell

AVAILABLE Lovely cottage in the countryside 5min drive from Chippenham. The village of Langley Burrell is beautiful and has a great local pub.

The cottage is ancillary to our house, so we live nearby, yet set back so you retain your privacy.
Parking is available, which is off the road.

The cottage is two bedrooms, but note the second bedroom is small so we will only consider, one or two people (a couple), maximum couple with a young child. Or one adult one child. Not three adults or two adults sleeping in separate rooms

Available for lets up to 6months. We can let it for any length of time shorter than this, but no longer than 6months, please explain if/why this is suitable for your current situation.

Furniture, it is fully furnished but if there is anything you don't want for the period of your stay we will happily store this so that you can make it feel like your own.
You are also welcome to use the patio and surrounding fields.
Note images are a little old and we have improved the storage with large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

All bills included, electricity, BT business internet, council tax, water. This includes heating set at 21 degrees please not the use of additional heating is prohibited for safety reasons.
