2 rooms available to let in large family house

We have 2 spacious rooms available to let in our large Edwardian family home. We are situated just outside Salisbury city centre (a 10-minute walk) right next to the bus stop. There is a large garden with patio and lots of space for off road parking, as well as lockable garage/shed space for storage. The rooms for let are on the third floor, which also has a newly refurbished bathroom (for use of the rental room occupants only) and an office. There are 2 living rooms, a dining room (with piano), a kitchen diner and utility room with washing machine and tumble drier. There is also a weights gym. We have a weekly cleaner and gardener. All bills and use of superfast broad band included.

We are currently living and working abroad but our son and his girlfriend are still living in and looking after the house and dogs. Our dogs are gentle, friendly and well behaved. Lily is 15 (cocker spaniel) and Henry is 8 ( labrador).

We do plan to return to Uk a few times a year and stay in the house for a week or two here and there, and we have 2 other adult children who also visit and stay over for odd weekends throughout the year.
