Double room in Laverstock

A double room in a quiet location but still within walking distance of the city center, and the right side of Salisbury for Porton. The house has a large garden which is great in the summer, a shared Kitchen bathroom and lounge. There is off road parking at the front and back of the house. I am a live in Landlord (36) and the other tenant is 40. We like to cook, watch movies and sports and we are very laid back. Similar ages would be better, but not essential.
