This is a large, older property in a lovely country area. I rent an anex on the side of the house, and the other tenant is currently moving out.(which is why his things are in some pictures). For yourself, you will have your own 2 bedrooms, an office, a living room(with log burner!), a bathroom, and spare toilet.
The kitchen and dinner table are shared spaces. You will also have access to a huge rear and front garden. Ample parking on the drive way for at least 2 cars. On negotiation with the landlord you may be able to use some of the garage.
It is a peaceful place backing out onto fields, and 5 mins drive from Malmesbury centre.
Notes: we run on oil instead of gas, so we just get the tank filled periodically. Also the laundry room is in the garage, accessed through the area you will rent. So I just politely ask when I need to go through. Council tax band: F
