A bright and comfortable double room is becoming available at the 01st November in our peaceful, family home — ideal for a quiet, respectful single person.

🛏️ The Room:
Offered either furnished (with a double bed, cupboard, and desk) or unfurnished, depending on what works best for you.

🏠 The Home:
We’re a relaxed household of three family members, often away for work or travel — so you’ll mostly be sharing with one (friendly, independent) adult son, 37.
There are no young children, though grandchildren do pop by occasionally.
We also have three small, well-behaved dogs who usually travel with us.

🛁 Shared Spaces:
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Bathroom with a lock
• Bedroom also has a lockable door for privacy
• Access to two gardens, including one with fruit trees and far-reaching views — perfect for relaxing in the sun

🧼 Who We’re Looking For:
A clean, tidy, and considerate person who doesn’t work from home.

📍 The location is quiet, beautiful and surrounded by greenery.
