THE ROOM:
The large double bedroom has been recently redecorated and comes semi-furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, and closet. You're welcome to add or remove anything you like. The room only shares a bathroom with one other tenant so there's plenty of bathroom time for all. All bills are included.
THE HOUSE:
The kitchen has all the amenities for you to share and make use of. You have your own cupboard and dedicated shelves in the fridge.
The house is modern and well-kept, and we recently upgraded the internet to 500mb fibre-to-the-premises for lightning-fast speeds. There's plenty of on-street parking and the area is very safe.
We have a large backyard which is great for lazing around in the summer.
Aldi, Coop, and Waitrose are all within walking distance, and town is a 20-minute walk down the hill.
ABOUT US:
This LGBT-friendly household currently has two young professionals who work from home most days of the week. We go gymming and swimming a few times a week, as well as the occasional festival here and there.
