With a walking distance of about 30 seconds - 1 minute from Dyson HQ Malmesbury, this will be a perfect rental for anyone employed to work for Dyson.

We would like a long let 1 year minimum but will consider 6months: Mon-Friday ideally however also opened to 7 days a week.

We have a driveway which would be allocated to the tenant and there is a bus station 1minute from the property, enabling commutes to Swindon/Chippenham.

A security deposit of £250 will be requested from the successful applicant, this is to ensure the property is kept to a standard, this will be paid back on the tenant vacating the property if the conditions are adequate.
