High Street Double room

Situated next to Town Hall in Marlborough, I have a great double room available to move in early April.

You’ll have the double room and your own living room (pictured). The kitchen and toilet are shared. Huge loft for storage (not pictured). I have my own bedroom and living room upstairs - so there’s heaps of space in the flat.

Fully furnished rooms, but very happy to remove / change stuff. Parking on the high street is free from 6pm to the next day 8am.

I’m a chef in a cafe in town. I’m a keen traveller but also like a pub trip every now and then.

Council tax and bills are split between us.
Wifi is 22£ each.
Council is £90 pcm each.
Bills are usually £50 each pcm.
Water bills are included.
