Fantastic location just off the High Street. Completely independent bedsit/studio - we just share an entrance hall and a corridor (I have put ‘no shared living room’ as the kitchen-sitting room in the photo is yours alone). Space comprises small kitchen-sitting room and separate double en-suite bedroom. There will shortly be a small utility room comprising fridge-freezer, washing machine and drier.

Price includes all utility bills and fast WiFi.

Kitchen-sitting room includes 32 inch smart TV, air frier, double hob, microwave, kettle, small fridge, small dining table and small sofa.. Bedroom comprises comfortable double bed and beautiful en-suite shower room.

The bedsit/studio is brand new and furnished to a high standard. I prefer a single professional female who is considerate and respectful.. Will consider a single professional male, and for couples there would be an increased fee of 20%.

Please note I have one friendly cat.

Due to its central location there is no private parking but paid spaces are available near Waitrose if preferred.
