Double room in house full of character

Small double room with TV and work area on second floor of large historic town house in Central Marlborough. Furnished, can add or change pictures if preferred.

Couple or 2 person family ok or extra now and then for extra charge of £35 per week.

It is quite a big house and until recently fairly full with people. Feeling a little quiet these days… beware squeaky floorboards might drive you bonkers!

Shared use of small shower room on same floor with electric shower.

Shared use of kitchen with Aga and Air fryer and sitting rooms of which there are two. Use of small enclosed garden.

Pets considered although two dogs and one cat already in home would need to like pets and another would need to be managed.

Rent reduction possible for assistance with pet care, cleaning and /or gardening.

The room will be deep cleaned once a month between that you are on your own.

Rent includes council tax (Band F), electricity, gas, water, TV license.

Parking space available at extra charge £25 per week. Use of study also possible at extra charge. Washing machine and dryer available included.

I live here most of the time and my young but grown children visit to stay but often are elsewhere. I am open to any type of person, or 2 person family or couple that fits in with the slightly Weasley -esq( Harry Potter) house. That can keep tidy for the most part but not despair if I do not always.

Must be friendly, nice and pleasant with decent personal hygiene!!
