The house has splendid views over Marlborough and is 5 minutes' walk from the town centre - you can also walk to Waitrose and Tescos. Free on-street parking is available. The rent includes all utility bills, TV licence and wifi. You will be asked to pay an up-front deposit of one month's rent (£330) and pay your rent on the first day of each calendar month.
