Room to Rent in Central Marlborough

Looking for a new flatmate to move into a 3 bedroom house in central Marlborough at the start of February (could possibly move forward by a couple of weeks if needed).
The current female flatmate is moving into her own home and we would like to keep the flat as have lived there for past year and it is ideally located right in the centre of Marlborough where we both work.
The double room available is downstairs with its own 'wet room'/ensuite. The flat is over 4 levels with the kitchen and living room on the third floor.
