Room in flat above a pub

Hello there.

Monday to Friday only is fine too. Could negotiate price. Also the move in date is negotiable / sooner.

Renting at first for 3 months only, but it is highly likely that that will extend to 6 months and then onwards. All based on my own not knowing what I'm doing.

I'm not going to be here much at all from October to December, but will visit a bit as my family lives in the village - my mum runs the pub and owns the building along with another family in the village. It's a family / small village vibe sorta place - the other people that do most of the pub running live in the barns off the car park.

It's a nice space but the lack of garden is a bit lame. I have a few pots on the balcony and you can chill out there if you are nimble enough to get through the window and happy to recline on the roof.

There are loads of plants around, a couple of the big ones belong to a friend who will take them soon. The others will stay and so one condition of you living here is that you keep them alive!

Another is that you are ok with a few weird DIY quirks of the place, and obviously ok with living above a pub.... The only thing I really find annoying is the extractor fans which are a bit loud when the windows are open, but i am endeavouring to bodge a solution to this.

Marshfield is nice and has a shop, post office, pottery shop, hairdressers (which is actually in this building now) and more.

If you are a couple, the rent would be a bit more, probs 650.
If you are a individual and are into the quirks of the place but have limited / fluctuating income due to being an artist or musician or the likes, I'd be up for negotiation. Especially if you wanted to do some BnB room changeovers or something.
