Two rooms, free parking, garden and gym

Hi! I'm Ryan, 30, currently looking for flatmates to share the 3 bed I'm in.

The property comes with on street parking, and there's an off street space by separate negotiation. I've set up a home gym in the garden that you're free to use.

If you don't drive, there's a bus that goes to RUH or Lansdown, or bits of Bristol etc or on I could give you a lift into Chippenham/Bath station.

I work from home a few days a week, and usually go for walks around the village and surrounding areas after work. I will respect your space if you want some peace but equally happy to be social.
I usually have have my kids over for a day on the weekends, or my dog so if you categorically don't want any under 5s in the house then this place probably won't work for you.

I'm pretty handy and know my way around cars and weights, so if you're into either of these then we will probably get along ok, and if not I am always up for exploring new hobbies! Thanks for looking.
