If interested in the room, please let me know your work situation when you message. I am looking for a professional person ideally working in the local area during the week only. If the odd weekend this can be discussed. My previous lodgers have been from out the area, working on projects / sites locally during the week for companies such as Balfour Beatty & Knorr-Bremse.
Double bedroom in a 3/4 bedroom house with garden.
I do have cats but will be restricted from your bedroom. Although Lola sneaked in while making the video!
Car parking outside my house. I use the car port due to EV charging. I’m a Single professional lady, work in Swindon or out visiting customers, work from home occasionally.
Bathroom can be for your sole use. This is adjacent to the bedroom (I have an en-suite)
WiFi
Wardrobe / cupboard / bedside drawers / mirrors in room along with a double bed. Towels & bedding supplied & washed weekly.
Looking for a clean & tidy professional person, I work in construction so early to rise, be good if you are similar. A like of cats will be good! 😀
Room size 10ft x 11ft.
Use of fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher & Air Fryers, Kitchen cupboard space & fridge shelf for your use.

An hour away from Bath by Bus, Bus frequency very good. Less than a mile walk into town for shops, pubs & restaurants. Close to the canal which is a lovely walk.
Campus in Melksham - for Gym & Swimming etc, or Snap fitness in town.
Ideally located for Melksham, Devizes, Chippenham, Corsham & Trowbridge.
The room can be viewed from 11th March.
I understand many people WFH Fridays, so arriving later Sunday until Thursday is also an option - room is available 4 nights max.
