Single occupancy / Large flat to rent

Although not a live-in landlord we are at the property. This is a converted flat above an Airbnb and workshop, which is situated at the end of our garden. It is fully furnished.
On entering (downstairs) there is a hallway, with washing machine and small freezer. A single flight of stairs leading to first floor accommodation.
It has a double bedroom has two fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom with shower (no bath).
Large lounge has tv and Sky, wi-fi, n two sofas and dining table, it has electric heating.
Kitchen is fitted with plenty of cupboard space, integral fridge, cooker and dishwasher .
All bills included, apart from electricity.
The flat is currently occupied until May 16th. but will be available the first week in June. It will be redecorated before reletting.
We cannot accommodate other people’s pets as we have three dogs, one being dog reactive and another dislikes cats!!
We will review the tenancy month by month, in other words a “rolling contract”.
