Double room available in shared house with the Owner and her 1 dog. (Grown up daughter visits occasionally)

Room to let has sole use of main family bathroom.

Shared use of - Kitchen/diner, Lounge & Garden - please not all areas in the house & outside spaces are strictly non smoking.

Garage is available to store a bicycle.

Close to all local amenities, bus routes, train station & town centre.

Quiet, tidy house with on street parking outside the front of the house.

Looking for a Professional person, with references from a previous Let or current Employer.
