ROOM TO RENT

I am a self employed person with a room to let i am Easy going, but like my privacy and respect others privacy also. meeting with a potential tennant will determine if we are likely to get on 👍
Parking is on the street where you can park, as I'm in the car trade I need all my parking where possible. Monday I stay with my partner on occasions, this includes week days and some weekends. I have a small friendly dog who is clean and no trouble. .
It has wifi and tv in the room small wardrobe and chest of draws
One month in advance will be required text in the first instance please to give me a brief description of your self.
