Large Double, EN-suite, Separate Entrance, parking

We have a large newly decorated, ground floor double room in our house (Tax band F) with its own separate entrance. it has a new en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette. (fridge, microwave and kettle). It is ideal for someone who wants a bit of privacy and could even work from home (super fast broadband). There is parking for one car. on the drive. There is easy access to Melksham and we are on a bus route. The train station is 15 minutes walk away. . There is a shared kitchen and well equipped utility for washing etc.

Rent includes all bills. We have previously been running the room as an Airbnb but want a permanent lodger. We are looking for the right person(s) who will fit in with us. The other (male) lodgers are friendly and we often have chats together in the kitchen over cooking. We have a friendly cocker spaniel.
