Room can be let furnished or unfurnished as per Lodger's preference. Walk through Park to Town / Waitrose. Bus Stop approx 150mtrs away to Bath/Devizes. Train station approx 10min Walk. Lodger must like Dogs as there is a JRT & Labrador in residence. The house is serviced 3/4 times per week and access to room will be required for cleaning.
Employment references, a DBS check & Basic Credit checks will be completed prior to signing of the Lodger Agreement. Any & all costs associated with these checks will be met by the landlord.
