I have a lovely ground floor ensuite room available to rent, Professional females preferred I’m afraid due to family circumstances and all female household.
MUST be dog and cat friendly as there is an excitable Labrador in the house.
Own TV with Amazon fire stick, own fridge freezer and tea / making facilities within room. All bills included. There is driveway parking for one vehicle and shared kitchen, lounge, conservatory and dining room so there is enough room for you to enjoy your own space to relax if required. I believe I have a happy and relaxed, clean household . I work from a cabin in the garden so am home a lot. Im happy for you to work from home if necessary. There is a large private garden with table and chairs for the summer that you are welcome to use.
I’m looking for a clean, tidy, friendly lodger for a monthly rental contract. Short or long term. Current lodger is leaving at end of May and room will be available from early June.
