The private lounge has a 32″ TV, sofa, desk, chair and bookcase. The main window has a view over the back garden and beyond to open fields.

The fitted kitchen is compact and modern chic (but no dishwasher, sorry!) Everything you need for cooking is included.

The wet-room has a massive walk-in shower along with heated floor and towel rail, demist mirror, basin and WC.

The bedroom is compact, but has a double bed, bed-side cabinet, wardrobe and shelved storage cupboard.

Use of the garden can be arranged if that's your thing.

There is space on the driveway for a car.

High-speed WiFi (and ethernet) is included. On-site techie available! All bills are included.

This is best suited to a considerate professional individual, quiet being of importance to us!

The main house is occupied just by us, a married couple, with a thirteen year old boy. While the Annexe is completely self-contained, unfortunately it isn't completely sound-proof so you might hear the odd frivolity from our son!

We are walking distance to the railway station as well as the local shops. Being on the north edge of town, we have easy access to Chippenham, Bath, Corsham, Trowbridge, Devizes and Bradford-on-Avon.
