Quiet, central location in beautiful family house

Beautiful rooms in a warm, secure and comfortable house. Nice bedrooms complete with single or double beds, large wardrobes, dressing tables & drawers and with recently refurbished bathrooms.

Two "en-suite" rooms share a jack-and-jill style bathroom with another lodger. It is one of these that is available at this time. The other tenant sharing the bathroom is a young lady from conservative, Asian, society and we are on a promise to only let the sharing room to another lady. Regret we cannot entertain requests from men on this occasion.

All rented rooms are in one corridor and away from the family bedrooms.

All maintenance is carried out without regard to cost. Keeping the house in a good condition is the priority for the owner.

Also we must stress that the house and gardens are strictly non-smoking areas.

House is in a very quiet street with plenty of parking and a few minutes walk from the centre of town, the bus stops and within 20 minutes walk of all the local schools or the Bowerhill Industrial Estate. Excellent kitchen that you can use, new shower unit recently fitted in the bathroom and nice neighbours around. Strong wireless internet and personal TV with Freeview included.

There is a garage where bicycles etc can sleep safely and we can probably find room to store additional possessions in a loft if you are between main homes.

You will need to be ok with a fluffy and sweet cat around the place.
