I am looking for a lodger that loves dogs & will also respect my property, keeping their room & shared areas clean / tidy.

A Large Bedroom in a modern house is offered. The street is quiet, there is free on street parking and depending on the size of your vehicle off street parking might be achievable,

The house has super fast fibre broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, large kitchen/dining area, large bathroom with bath & separate shower. There is a very large garden to the rear, with a boule piste and a covered outdoors dining area - lovely to eat outside in Spring/Summer/Autumn. Waitrose/Sainsbury's is a 5+ minute walk through the park.

The ideal Tenant will be in full time employment as references will be required from the employer & previous landlord(s) - this will be done via an independent vetting agency. The vetting will be done prior to let. Rent includes Utility bills (gas, electricity. water, internet) but excludes council tax.
