Large annex in country house

Large annex in country house. The annex has its own private entrance and parking. It consists of a double bedroom at one end, and a living room/office with sofa, desk and television at the other end. It has a private bathroom with large walk in shower. It has a large kitchen with a cooker, fridge, freezer and
microwave. We use this kitchen as our utility room so would share use of the washing machine and access it to get to the larder etc.

We are looking for someone who is working in the area, and needs somewhere to stay during the week. We are happy if you stay some weekends, but want someone who has a home elsewhere. Our house is in a quiet location and so if you want somewhere quiet and peaceful it may suit.

Must be ok with pets as we have a dog and a cat. Ideally we'd like someone who could feed our cat when we are away.

Whilst it is a double room no couples please.
