Clean comfy room in quiet location

Lovely double room towards the rear of the property. Has East facing windows so sunny mornings are a thing but blackout blinds are fitted for those who like to lie-in! We have one cat and two kittens. Existing residents are IT professional (landlord, works from home), Professional Gardener, and a retiree. There's a large conservatory and a snooker room, although that's currently being used as a workshop/dumping ground while the home office is being re-jigged.
