A single room is available to rent in a three bed detached home situated in a very quiet pretty village. This single room accommodation would be suitable for a professional in full time work Monday to Friday and who would enjoy the quiet of a village location.

The house is surrounded by a very relaxing and pretty garden, created by the owners who are both retired. There are lots of lovely walks through and around the village and a popular local pub that also serves food a short walk away.

The village is situated just off the A338 and has good connection to the A303 and M3 London and the West. PLEASE NOTE there is a very limited bus service from the village to surrounding towns, some of which are Tidworth, Andover, Salisbury, so Own Transport /car is essential for getting to work.

Rent is inclusive of bills and council tax, however we expect consideration to be given to the use of electricity and water due to the high costs, if energy usage is abnormally high costs will incur.
