Artist/Musician/Activist/Writer House

Hey! Are you a 20-Something Artist with (maybe) A Normal Functioning Job? I'm a musician and teacher converting this house into an artist living and workspace, for professional artists who may work odd hours and schedules (but are considerate and mindful of the neighbours and other housemates - it is a terraced house in a quiet village) who are also in need of the countryside air and lifestyle to bring their work into fruition - hence the short term lets availability.

I'm looking for some cool but not intimidatingly cool people to come and make this space an ideal sanctuary for all things art, writing, scheming, elaborating, dreaming, drafting, executing, hosting, resting, etc. Perhaps you have an album you want to write and want to spend a month in a beautiful location channeling Sufjan Stevens' Michigan but calling it Wiltshire, or your Magnum Opus sits drafting in your head as you run for the Bakerloo Line once more, and blow unnerving black soot out of your nose upon your return home - think of the poetry that would wax lyrical in the fresh countryside air! Think of your clear nostrils!

Pictures on their way but I'm still clearing and preparing the house. You'd have to be cool with some DIY happening around you for the first couple of months, as I am currently converting spaces into music studio / library. Please feel free to send over a message with any questions or if you'd just like to come and have a look and meet before you give up your City Freedom for a spooky, mysterious village without a pub… oops sorry! I am supposed to be highlighting the good bits! It's certainly atmospheric.

The house is in a village 10min drive from the nearest town, and 25min drive to the nearest train station, with direct and quick links to London.

There are 2 bus services that run in the village to town/stations, and a new 24hour booking pickup service.

2 x communal living areas, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (showers, toilets), 1 bath, big garden, shed with bathroom, parking

All bedrooms come with a double futon bed frame and one piece of furniture such as a small desk or a chair/small armchair.
