Room for let in relaxed Pewsey Household

I have a room to let in a 3 bedroom house in Pewsey. This house also has another communal room available for storage or extra space. There are all ready two people living here but you would only be sharing the bathroom with one other. £340 includes all bills and internet however I do not watch TV so have no TV license. I would also consider a cheaper rent for someone wishing to use the room just from Mon - Fri. The house is 10min walk from both Train and Bus stations has a small garden and parking for another car. Kitchen amenities include oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron, hobs and plenty of cups, pans and dishes. Ideally looking for a non-smoker.
Current people are myself a 33 year old male and Hannah a 21 female whom the bathroom will be shared with.
