Also available - the old annex sitting room and old kitchen now a utility room with fridge and freezer.   I would prefer to keep these as shared use, but you could have say 50% use.

House is shared with landlord and one other lodger -  Kitchen with AGA, dishwasher etc.  Breakfast room, utility room with brand new 10kg washing machine, large garden, off street parking. Most of the house has been recently redecorated and recarpeted.

Weekly cleaning of the "common parts" i. e. kitchen, breakfast room, bathrooms, stairs and sitting room is included in the rent, as well as usual utility bills. Cleaning each bedroom is down to the occupant though!
