Looking for a mature professional woman who is seeking a peaceful location.

The room has a private en-suite with WC, basin and shower. Washing machine and tumble dryer. The house has the fastest broadband available at this location (~60 Mb/s) and WiFi accessible throughout the property.

The live-in landlady is away 75% of the time. No other rooms are let, so you will often have sole use of the house and garden. The landlady and her husband may visit together occasionally, e. g. over the Christmas period.

The house is in a location that is not overlooked, but is within a residential area. There are views from the bedroom over the garden and across to Salisbury Plain.

Might be able to offer use of a private study/office for much of the year (with a desk and monitors), which is next to the bedroom.

Bills to be shared: central heating (oil), electricity and water.

Transport is easiest by car, but there are buses to many locations from the village, such as Devizes (2 miles), Bath and Salisbury. The house has ample parking on our private driveway, away from the road.
