I am looking for a quiet professional to rent a large double room in our Farmhouse.

I am a mother of 2, and candidates should have experience of, and be comfortable around children.

The space includeds 2 double rooms on the 3rd floor of the house, private bathroom and private lounge with diner, only the kitchen is shared. It is available immediately furnished or unfurnished for £750 PCM. The house is set in an acre of land and is ideal for those who want to live in a quiet village. We have no immediate neighbours and the property is nice and secluded within a copse.

Please be aware that the rooms are in my home. A deposit of £300 will be expected from candidates to hold the room, and until lodging ends.
