Spacious double room

I have a spacious furnished double room to rent in Quidhampton. This is available from November or can be available earlier if need be. The house is 1.2 miles to Wilton and 1.6 miles to the centre of Salisbury so you get the best of the country and town environment.

There is a great pub in the village and the village is very quiet but is close to everything. The house has been done up in the last year, brand new carpets throughout all been freshly painted, new kitchen, power shower and all the mod cons have been added. Great garden that looks out across a farm and water meadows.

I do have a dog who is very friendly and does not moult, so looking for someone who likes dogs.

I am also looking for someone that is clean, tidy and generally wants to make it their home too.
