Large double room & private bathroom nr city centr

Large, single occupancy, double room with a large private bathroom. No smoking household, no pets.

Quiet area, quiet house & quiet occupants. Just myself and 16 year old daughter. We only stay here on average once or twice a week.

Room has large built in wardrobe with double bed, side table, desk, chair, and large chest of draws.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac road, zone C parking permit area. There are 3 visitor spaces available on a first come first served basis. Bike storage available.

Short walk to Tesco Extra, Churchill Gardens and the city centre. Short distance to the hospital & train station. 10 minutes walk to the centre of town.

Entrance on the ground floor has shoe & coat storage.

Bedroom & bathroom is on the first floor, same as the kitchen and living room / dinner.

All bills included (inc broadband).
