Seeking a Monday to Friday male (preferred) professional to share our lovely home although 7 days considered for right person. The room s are in Old Sarum near to Salisbury SP4 6BE. The room has an orthopedic bed and headboard pictured and new carpets. The room looks to the rear of the house and has double glazed windows and a black out blind. Fitted furniture provides generous storage and hanging spaces. The modern new-build home is 2 miles from Salisbury and 6 from Amesbury and is on the Beehive Bus route -bus stop 200 meters from the front door. Sole use of bathroom.. There is a separate lodger lounge with smart TV, table and chairs. There is a galley kitchen with usual modern fridge freezer, double oven, hob and dishwasher. A food cupboard in the kitchen is available for your crockery and non-perishables. There is a separate utility for pan bashing. There is a small garage for cycles and suitcases or, at extra charge, for car/motorbike parking. We have terrier. There is not much of a garden as a large conservatory takes up this space. There is a large park opposite for walks and exercise.


We are a normal family and are courteous to others sharing the home leaving all facilities clear and clean after use. full lodger agreement will be available. References from a past occupancy and place of work (email and/or phone-call only) to prove right-to-rent will be needed. Deposit plus one month's rent to move in
