Double room

I have a double room in my new build town house. On the outskirts of Salisbury with a regular R10 bus and within walking distance of the R1.
The room has use of the family bathroom. Built in wardrobes. Garden with shed.

I have a kitchen/diner and separate living room. I have a driveway and there is also on street parking.
I am a 37 year old professional female, who works at the hospital. I have a young daughter. Happy to be as social as my new housemate would like but I do like my own space too.
Looking for an easy going person who is respectful, and likes cats as I have an 14 year old fully house trained, rescue cat.
Looking for short term let's. Would consider longer for the right person.
