The small south facing enclosed garden/yard is currently surfaced partly with wood chippings and partly with astro-turf. I am happy for the tenant to make changes, for example to remove the shelving if its not wanted or change the garden. There is on-street parking. The flat is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Salisbury and 20 minutes walk from the train station.
