My flatmate and I are looking for a new tenant to move into a lovely first floor double room going in a flat pretty much near Salisbury centre. Between 3 people the costs will be much better or all so it’s a good opportunity for the right person

Obviously we’ll move the stuff out of the room that’re in the photos unless you’d want to keep anything

Current flatmates are 1 male and 1 female and we are easy going, friendly people

Bathroom/bath/shower etc
Nice kitchen, WiFi

Extremely peaceful location which is less than 5 mins walk to the city centre - parking as well

Good helpful landlord

Rent £300pm then a bit for bills on top which between 3 people isn’t that much

Ideal flatmate will be just generally respectful to help keep the place as nice as it is, must be easy going, no drama and just generally willing to help maintain and contribute with general household things which is just standard anyway
