1 small & 1 large Room each for Single Occupancy

These rooms are taken for now. We are looking for a cat lover lodger to welcome to our home.
2 live in professional landlords, both maths lecturers.
Now only the larger room is available with a single bed for single occupancy.
Come and see both rooms, and decide which one you would like to rent.
Quiet village, parking is nearby on road. 5 miles from Salisbury, South Newton SP2 0RB.
Fast, wireless broadband, electric cooker, 1 shelf in shared fridge and freezer, dishwasher, big back garden with washing lines, but there is also a tumbler dryer for the wet days. Poor TV signal upstairs. There is no shared living room, but there is a conservatory.
You will be sharing an upstairs bathroom with 1 other lodger as we have our own. Kitchen with a dining table to share fully equipped with cutlery, pots, plates, kettle, toaster to share and you will be given your own cupboard space too. We are looking for absolute cat lover as we have 2 friendly cats & when we are away they will be looking out for your company to sit with you & would like to be fed and stroked. Both lodgers will be asked to always clean the toilet, bath & kitchen after use. Looking for lodgers who are happy to recycle & use our compost bin provided. On a sunny day, we would like you to hang out the washing outside.
All bills included & dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid. You will have to buy your own toilet paper and food.
Sorry we are not able to take on extra pets. You will be also asked to speak quietly after 10pm if you are on the phone. We do not tolerate drug and alcohol abuse.

You will need to have your own car, or a very good bicycle as there are very few buses running in this area, closest shops are in Wilton, Salisbury and Amesbury.

Furnished double room: £116 / week or £500 / month
Minimum stay: 6 months, notice to give: 2 weeks, deposit: £200 & rent to be paid on the day of moving in, in advance & then same day each week or month, bank transfer preferred but cash is ok the first month.
We are both professionals, and looking for lodgers with a full time job.
