Quiet village, parking is on road or off street parking in free carpark 1 minute walk. 5 miles from Salisbury, village is called: South Newton SP2 0RB, quiet backing up to fields!
Fast, wireless broadband, electric cooker, 1 shelf each in shared fridge and freezer, dishwasher, big back garden with washing lines. Poor TV signal upstairs, you will need your own internet TV. There is no shared living room, but there is a conservatory.
Landlords have their own bathroom and toilet.
Kitchen with a dining table to share fully equipped with cutlery, pots, plates, kettle, toaster to share and you will be given your own cupboard space too.
Looking for lodgers who are happy to recycle & use our compost bin provided. On a sunny day, we would like you to hang out the washing outside.
All bills included & dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid.
Sorry we are not able to take on extra pets.
