Downstairs has a shared lounge, cloakroom/toilet and kitchen-diner that leads out on to a small, landscaped garden and patio. Access to the garden shed to store a bike is permitted and there is rear access to the garden. The main bathroom is upstairs with a separate bath and large shower.

There are beautiful local walks by the river. I live at home with my two daughters who live here half the week and my friendly dog.
