Lovely modern apartment, central Salisbury

I have just purchased this property and am in the middle of furnishing it/moving in. Please note that the photos do not reflect what the property currently looks like, they are the photos that were used to advertise the property when it was put up for sale.

I am in my early 20's and have a couple of jobs as I like to keep busy, also enjoy exercising and being outside.

My family lives locally in Salisbury and I am likely to split my time between the two properties; I also work a couple of jobs so don't have much free time and therefore I won't be around much.

I'd be looking for around £550 a month including bills, priced at this cost because I won’t be around much meaning that for the person moving in it's almost a private apartment. I'd also be happy to stay at my family home if you ever wanted the apartment to yourself for a weekend/friend to stay etc.

Price is negotiable depending on what is agreed.
