I am looking to rent out the spare room in my 2 bed house (my parents are the landlords).
House is currently being decorated and will be completed by early Jan.
The house is only a 5 mins walk from the city centre and train station.
I currently work 7 days a week and work away Fri-Sun therefore you will have the house to yourself most of the weekend.
Bills are included in the rent, including broadband.
I am very easy going, interests include anything creative, yoga, walking, cooking, baking.
I am only looking to rent the property for around 6 months (up until June/July).
