Double room to let in easy going household

A double sized attic room with plenty of cupboard space and clothes hanging space. The room will be furnished with a double bed and a microwave. You will be sharing the house with myself, a very easy going landlady and friendly animals. 10 minutes walk from town and train station, the leisure centre and swimming pool is on my doorstep, lots of nice walks around the area, a nice garden to sit in during the summer, some shed space if needed and double of road parking.
