Clean, cosy room, close to the city centre

We welcome you into our family home. The room we provide is cosy, comfortable, and relaxing room that has a lovely view.
The room is currently is set up as a single (please see photos) but it can accommodate a double bed if requested.
The room itself is clean and newly decorated and includes WIFI (at no extra cost). The room is located on the ground floor, so you have that extra bit of privacy and is located close to the front door.

The shower room is located on the ground floor via the utility room. and includes the following:

The Kitchen/utility room is shared with us and is at your disposal and includes:

Fan oven
Washing up facilities
Dishwasher
Washing machine
Cutlery
Crockery
Pots and pans etc

Located in the large utility room are things that we have put aside for your use only:

Microwave
Fridge (on the counter fridge)
Freezer (on the counter freezer)
Cupboard (food etc)
Toaster
