Sunny double room available in professional house

I am a professional with a sunny double room available to professionals. The room has two large built in wardrobes, double bed with quality orthopaedic mattress, a desk/dressing table and plenty of space. There is a beautiful shared living area with wood burning stove. My partner (38 year old male) will live in but I work away so will be around every so often. I am looking for someone for shorter term (max 4 months ) as I am currently planning to sell. All bills included (WiFi etc). 3 mins walk to the station, so handy for those commuting to London. Also perfect to wander into town for food and shopping- approx 5-10 minute walk. Local shops 1 min. Permit parking available.
