Bright Double Room in Central Salisbury

I have a bright, double room to let in a three storey house in the city centre. The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, shelves and wardrobe.

Set on a quiet street, you'll be living just a couple of minutes walk from the station and right on the edge of the city centre. Despite the quiet setting, you are moments away from pubs, restaurants and shops.

You'll be sharing with two lovely tenants who are friendly, easy going and conscientious. I'm ideally looking for young professionals or mature students, but if you're not, then please still get in touch.

Rent will include all bills - water, council tax, electricity, gas, wifi and tv licence. The only thing you'd have to pay for yourself would be parking permits.
