One of the rooms in my two bed flat is now available and comes furnished with a double lift up bed so lots of storage and a small build in wardrobe.

Lovely area of town, 2 mins from the train station and 5 mins from the town centre. There is a private parking space available for small extra fee and excellent off road parking (residential) right next door.

All bills are included excluding electricity which is calculated and paid quarterly; this obviously fluctuates depending on usage but generally averages about £70/month which split between 2 is about £35.

It would be a flat share with my existing tenant who is lovely, 25 year old female that enjoys outdoor activity and works hard Mon-Fri.
