Double bedroom with en-suite!

Hello,

We are looking for a friendly, female professional who is a non-smoker to rent out our fabulous newly refurbished loft double bedroom with ensuite.

I am married and live with my husband Will. We are house proud so looking for someone who is respectful, clean and tidy.
The double room is in our recently refurbished Victorian terraced house in Lower Bemerton which is a lovely quite residential area situated between Wilton and Salisbury station (5 mins drive & 15mins walk) to the city centre.

The bedroom is spacious has a TV (with a Sky Q box), office desk, en-suite (with a curtain) plenty of storage space and a long wall hung vanity mirror.

There is a garage available for bike storage and there is free on street parking outside the house. We have a small south facing garden which is lovely and a real sun trap.
£800 (payable in advance) and I will require a deposit of £500 (to be held in a separate deposit account).

This is to include all bills, use of the dining room, kitchen, living room, TV room & garden. References are essential and a lodgers agreement will be drawn up.

Please note, the room is not available to couples and we have a dog called Daisy who
Is a Pug and she is very friendly.
